Location was beautiful, superb hotel. A 10-minute walk will take you to Fish Tram Chips, where you can eat. Great value, you're getting brilliant service...

By and large, it was lovely base for sightseeing in Llandudno, had much fun. Very clean unit.

very clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent location - appreciated it! breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of different food. besides, free wi fi worked flawlessly. this is a hotel go-to for llandudno!

We liked everything at escape boutique b&b including breakfast and staff. Staying within 10 minutes' walk from west shore beach was a big advantage

Proximity to a tram stop makes the location PERFECT. The beds were comfy in our room. We could walk to great orme tramway as it's 5 minutes away.
